I used this place to rent one of their Paw Patrol characters to come out to our party for an hour. I liked the way their costumes looked online and fortunately they looked good in real life, too. We ordered the Chase character because that one is the bday boy’s favorite. The suit looked good and the performer came on time and was very energetic. They brought some easy kid’s party games and gave away little toys to the kids. Pretty good service overall for the price but the main thing was the quality of the costume.

Fantastic experience renting a Sonic costume for my daughter’s 5th birthday. I was worried the costume wouldnt make it on time as it was a last minute request, but Fun Factory responded, shipped and sent tracking information quickly. I received the costume earlier than promised. Reasonable price given the amount of hours/ days you can use the costume (we used it for the birthday party and then again the next day to say “goodbye” to our kids).Costume is great quality—mascot style— nothing like halloween costumes that look like a knock off version of the real character.

I recently was looking for somewhere I could rent or hire one of the Blaze themed party characters to come out and entertain a bunch of kids at a birthday party. It was mostly for the bday boy who is 6 and loves Blaze related stuff. But in general we wanted to give all the kids something fun to do at the party. Unfortunately there isn’t anywhere around here that carries the Blaze theme characters. I did find a few party character rental companines but none of them had Blaze. Then I found this place and I was really happy, they didn’t have Blaze but they offered to get it for me. I had to place the order 6 weeks in advance so it was lucky I contacted them early ahead of time. I wasn’t sure what type of costume they were going to be able to make or how it would look but they sent me a picture when it was done and it looked great! Really cool and as close to the actual Blaze type character as you can get. I rented it from them for 3 days for $238. They shipped it to my house, we wore it the whole party and it was a huge hit. The birthday boy was surprised and thrilled to meet Blaze in person. It added a great touch to my party and this place really came through for us in a pinch. It’s a small family owned business and they seem to really care about their customers.
